First post and spring is in the air...or is it?

If the rain would stop for a second I think I could probably feel spring in the air....if only.  There's all kinds of baby stuff poking their heads from the ground.  I love seeing the Peony's with their bright red buds, the new tender foliage of the columbine's, and the bright green spikes of the Iris and Daylilly.  Veggies have been planted in the raised beds tucked in with their row cover and nice and secure under the hoop houses.  The roof is now on the chicken coop and the hardware cloth project should commence soon.  As soon as the darn rain will stop.
